1. Shipping & Handling

Shipping Procedures
At Gifts for All, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and this is why we take the utmost care to deliver your products straight to you as safely and fast as possible. Our shipping methods ease your everyday life, keeping your focus on your priorities and not on our logistics. your order will be safe in our hands till it’s in yours.

Shipping Rates
We have a minimal flat shipping fee Dh.35 on orders less than Dh.200. If your one time orders are above Dh.200, it will be FREE, we will not charge you any shipping fees in United Arab Emirates.

Order Tracking
You may view all updates to your order status as well as your package’s location at any time from your account page. For any further assistance on your order status, you can contact Gifts for All support at any time.

Express Delivery
Some of our items have an “Expedited Delivery” option, which means that they will usually be delivered faster than regular items for an additional fee. You can see the delivery estimates and fees by adding an item to your cart.

Availability
Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely information on stock and availability, it may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed. In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed. Or suggest to change color or brand available, your approval is required to proceed.

Handling and Delivery
All our goods are inspected at the customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.

2. Payments

What payment methods can I use?
We currently accept any valid credit or debit card. Any card with a Visa / MasterCard / American Express logo can be used for your purchase at Gifts for All. This includes prepaid cards and Visa based e-dirham cards.

Can I pay with cash?
Gifts for All support cash on delivery. At Gifts for All, our priority is selling great products and providing the best customer experience. If you wish to use cash, you can pay it to courier person.

Do you support international cards?
At Gifts for All, you can use any credit or debit card with a Visa/MasterCard logo in the front of the card. All charges to your card will be made in AED, so if your card is issued in another country,

Why was my card declined?
Declines can happen for a variety of reasons. When we submit a charge to your bank, they have automated systems that determine whether or not to accept the charge. These systems take various signals into account, such as your spending habits, account balance, and card information like the expiration date and CVC. Since these signals are constantly changing, a previously successful card might be declined in the future. Even if all of the card information is correct, and you previously had a successful payment, a future charge can still be declined by a bank’s overzealous anti-fraud systems.

How can I find out more information about a specific decline?
We show as much information as we receive from your bank about a decline. Unfortunately, most declines are generic, so we don’t have much information as to why a charge was specifically declined. If all of the card information seems correct, it is best to contact your bank, inquire for more information, and ask for future charges to be accepted.

3. Returns and Exchanges

At Gifts for All, all our products are unused and in their original packaging. However, due to manufacturer or logistics errors, defects or problems may occur and we’ll do our very best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Some of our products are shipped out with an international warranty, so if there is any manufacturer fault in your shipment, please contact us and we will advise you on the next step. If however, the defect is from our end, we will accept your product and exchange it for a new one.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, or it did not present itself to you as advertised, Gifts for All will issue you a full refund or store credit for the product, provided that it is returned to us new condition in its original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the result is of our error. If the reason for return isn’t a result of our error, the cost of return shipping (AED 35) will be deducted from your refund.


You can request a return by contacting us through phone, sending a ticket within 14 calendar days of your delivery. The item(s) will be picked up at a scheduled time convenient for you.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by us. Refunds may take 2-7 business days to show on your credit/debit card statement or your account with us.
